Payment Options

This is a nonassignment office, so all patients are responsible for their payments at the time the service was rendered. At our dental office, we believe your overall oral health care is an invaluable investment that lasts a lifetime.  We will assist you with your dental claim, so you can expect prompt reimbursement from your insurance, which approximately is 2-3 business days. It is to your advantage that you are able to reserve an appointment for service right away.  Below are the many types of payment options we offer to our patients.

Dental Insurance Information

The patient should be familiar with the terms of their own insurance coverage. Due to Ontario Privacy Act, we have no longer access to this information. Since we deal with dental insurance every day, we understand first-hand that insurance plans can be a bit confusing to our patients. Please bring your insurance booklet and we will be glad to explain your coverage to you. It is important to understand that on occasions your dental insurance may not cover certain dental treatments. If you have any questions, please contact our front office staff.
